The school provides programs for students who are identified as Gifted and Talented. Within each grade there are special classes structured to meet the needs of these students .These classes are either single stream or multi-age. The coordinator of these programs is currently enrolled in the Graduate Program in Gifted and Talented Education at the University of N.S.W. Other staff members allocated to these classes are also receiving specialist training. Students seeking admission into the program at the school are invited to undertake an instrument of assessment and have an interview with the school principal. Students placed in the program from Kindergarten to Year 4 are reassessed each year to determine their suitability for placement in the program. Students entering the program in Year 5 remain for their two years of senior schooling. Parents interested in having their children placed in the program are invited to view the classes prior to placement.
