Meeting every month your P & C Association discuss a broad-based agenda highlighting current issues, committee reports and the Principal's Report.
There are numerous committees parents can serve on including:
Along with the President, Vice-Presidents (2), Secretary and Treasurer the above Chairperson or their nominee from these committees make up the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee meets once a term to consider reports and refer matters to the general meeting.
General meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month (except school holidays) at the Kempbridge Avenue Campus from 7:00-9:00 pm. Dates are advertised in the School Newsletter.
The opportunity for parents to raise points of interest and be involved in the various committees is strongly advocated.
Under the constitution our direction is to assist the school, teachers and our children in the furtherance of educational resources, to provide additional funding needs outside the global school budget and to communicate to the school community attitudes on various issues that are raised.
The P & C Newsletter is the main method of communication to the general school community and is an insert of the School Newsletter, which is available to all parents either by email or by delivery home via the children's' school bags.

SPECIAL NEW; The Big Night Out raised $54000 for the school. We are most excited about this result. A big thank you to all those parents who assisted. Part of this money will be spent on equipping additional classrooms with Smart boards.
